At the Cincinnati Museum Center, my team was in charge of several projects focused on strategy. One such project was our initiative on Culture Segmentation Personas. The end goal was to better serve our guests based on behavior and emotional empathy, using user experience data and the tenets of UX design and Heuristic research. I was the design lead on the project, compiling data from the team and synthesizing that data into easy to consume personas presentation. We presented to the Leadership, Education, and Philanthropy teams for internal use, creating a successful cross discipline tool for company wide use.
