I am an illustrator, painter, doodler, post-it note destroyer, basically a kid that never grew out of it. I try to capture the childlike sense of adventure and wonder with a nod to darker themes and the eerie isolation that adults sometimes forget about childhood. I refuse to believe that “cartoony” means simple or shallow.
